      - Design and implement compensation / benefits policies and procedures that align with the bank’s strategic plan.( salary structure, allowances, bonus...etc)- Ensure compliance of the compensation/benefits policies and structures with current legislations.- Identify trends and implement new practices to engage, retain and motivate employees.- Conduct research on employee satisfaction (e.g. using surveys and quantitative data)- Renew our compensation plans with monetary and non-monetary benefits based on employee needs.- Ensure market competitiveness/attractiveness throughout participating in salary surveys and market insights review.- Participate in the annual compensation review ( salary increase, PLB.....etc)- Participate in job (re) evaluation covering job analyses, description and classifications.- Evaluate the effectiveness of employee benefit programs ensuring computability and market alignment.- Managing subordinate HR employees and daily operations related to compensation and benefits activities.- Manage HR operations center related to pension plan, mobile allowance, HR letters, staff loans...etc- Participate in the annual planning of the HR Budget covering all HR cost items ( salaries, insurance, pension.....etc)- Develop and supervise employee self service mechanism and programs to ensure efficient and easy access to all employees.- Negotiate benefits agreements with third party providers to ensure selection of the best provider.- Participate in the tax annual policies review in coordination with the external tax consultant.- Oversee compensation and benefits reports and data analysis.
