  · Managed the delivery of major Transformational deployments for the TSC Organization, always on time and providing savings to IBM bottom line. In 2016 my team delivered a major replacement of a 3rd party supplier App, and delivered a much better functionality internally. This provided savings of at least 1M USD for the next 4 years. In the Infrastructure side, we managed to provide one of the big transformation for the Guadalajara Campus. Working through AT&T and the GTS Organization, I managed to lead the upgrade of the Power 9 Intranet/Internet solution for the Campus, basically providing additional redundancy, as well as 2X the Bandwidth capacity. There were also other key upgrades in the Wireless network, as well as Solutions for our Manufacturing areas. Lastly, in the Customer Relationship role, I managed to create and develop this new Senior role, with great reception from our key business Stakeholders, providing the liaison support in the Major Strategic Infrastructure plays as well as any Manufacturing Issues and Concerns escalations through the IT HW Organization. Customers were very happy with the development of this new role in 2016. Engaged also in the forming of a Cognitive solutions team in RTP, NC, and established a new IBM-University relationship with ITESM Guadalajara, in the Design Thinking topic.
