      • Support the McKesson Health Mart Federal COVID-19 Vaccine Program this includes completing the weekly vaccine order report, ordering the vaccine for each pharmacy in the network, monitoring compliance, maintaining up to date provider information and submitting the weekly waste report.• Responsible for leading and coordinating the execution of multiple clinical network tools programs and processes. • Overseeing enrollment for the Covid-19 Test Collection Program. This includes reviewing the pharmacy's application, determining if they qualify for the program, providing/receiving updates from our vendor for each pharmacy throughout the enrollment process, frequently instructing the applied pharmacies on next steps and providing the necessary equipment for testing. • Created a tool in Excel providing the updated status of pharmacy’s enrollment with updated reports of their training, schedules, DocuSign status, and pharmacy information. This tool serves as a hub for the collaboration between McKesson and our vendor when we advance the pharmacy through the enrollment process.• Reviews, assesses, escalates, and responds to clinical network issues submitted by customers participating in structured clinical programs, including but not limited to clinical network compliance issues, operational concerns, and network vendor tool updates.• Coordinates vendor follow-ups to ensure execution of pharmacy services provided and serve as the primary point of contact for communication with key external partners.• Manages clinical program KPI tracking, assessments and reporting.
