Show less KEY HIGHLIGHTS: • Centre of Competence (CoC) for which visited the Czech Republic to transfer lead development of two platforms to India. • Performed assessment for Vibration measurement of various powertrain components for multiple IOEM customers. • Creation of product validation plans right from understanding customer requirements, preparation of deviation list, test planning, timeline and cost estimation, test execution, report preparation and getting approvals from customers. • Successfully worked and completed projects from the majority of Indian OEM’s and support a few global customers in regions of Europe and Japan. • Quickly adopted and supported various other products like electronic throttle body, fuel charge assembly, fuel supply modules and vibration release measurement activities at critical times of need. • Involved in test profile and methods definition from load collective measurements and standard norms with association of experts. • Responsible for the procurement of product-specific custom build test benches and equipment required for testing. • Usage and integration of various DAQ (data acquisition systems) for capturing of analog and digital outputs from various sensors and actuators, with flashing of programs to ECU.ACHIVEMENTS: • Timely completion of electronic throttle body product platform validation for M&M and SYMC customer. • Completed new platform of APM product validations for customer TATA motors. • Successfully involved in the transfer of two APM platforms lead development and validation from the Czech Republic to India. • Received most critical project award at the departmental level for vibration localization testing with a potential saving of £ 11000 / test. • Received Innovative project award at departmental level for estimation of lifetime of plastic when exposed to UV.
