      ▪ Tissue Engineering Lab: Designed and independently conducted multi-week experiments with multiple cell lines, multi-layer hydrogels. The gels were imaged daily using confocal microscopy.▪ Innate Immunology Lab: Anesthetized and sacrificed mice to extract and isolate monocytes to study low grade inflammation. The response was analyzed using Western blots, q-PCR, flow cytometry, and ImageJ.▪ JK Lifespan Lab: Set up and administered one-hour of tasks in a functional MRI to study brain activation. Show less
