  Through 5 years at IBM, I have had many roles, starting to grow my IT career. After 2 years of going deep into IBM’s vision, and being familiar with many different job positions, such as Help desk Lvl 1-2-3 and remote assistance, and then been promoted to Application Software Packaging.In this area, I have played the role of quality analyst, or QA Analyst, analyzing software packaged by our team.Six months later, I have been promoted to packager, and started to code my own software packages. This role lasted 3 years, until I have received a new job offer from Cargill.Through all this years, IBM made me improve on many tools as: Remedy, Installshield, SCCM, Altiris, Windows OS’s (Server 2003/2008 R2, XP, 7, Vista, NT, etc) and UNIX, among others.
