  My responsibilities within my role are :1. Prepare design Deliverables/schedule2. Providing input and producing procurement schedules to suit construction/design programme.3. Management and delivery of design information in accordance with the agreed design programme and deliverable schedule4. Leading design team workshops and leading the process with the consultants and subcontract designers.5. Maintaining and nurturing strong relationships with external parties, providing mutual benefits and promoting teamwork across all departments, to maximise team and business goals6. Provide the site team with design/technical information from the design/pre-con stage 7. Ensuring BREEAM compliance is achieved in support of/with the sustainability/Breeam team8. Coordinating the submission of information to ensure all planning conditions are discharged, with the support of the Planning Consultant/Lead Designer.9. Engage with utility providers and ensure the required services are delivered on-site within a timely manner 10. Apply for s106 and stormwater discharge for temporary/permanent drainage11. Coordinate/plan the supply of common shared services such as temporary services and utilities, scaffold,etc.12. Collating Risk assessments from both Designers and subcontractors 13. Produce CDM site set-up compounds 14. Populate site-set up order lists. 15. Produce/edit the Construction phase health and safety plan and environmental management plan.16. Coordinating the start date/ required facilities with subcontractors. 17. Site inductions 18. Collate costs from subcontractors and assist with pricing the projects. 19. Sequencing and planning the project prior to starting on site 20. Job site visits to review existing conditions. 21. Produce photo condition report prior to starting on site Show less
