I had a lot of one-on-one time with the customers helping with basic troubleshooting and more complicated tech issues on AT&T devices and services. Here I learned a lot of my baseline knowledge about technology in general and how to explain to customers in an easily understandable way.

I also taught the training classes we held weekly at the store. I took weekly online training courses that taught about new technology and features.
