Got all HEMM & towers for communication & other infrastructure commissioned at Kodingamali Hilltop. Commenced Mine excavation and stock piling of bauxite through the engaged raising contractor. MCDR adherence & IBM violation compliances, Mustering & digitization of geological, geographical, revenue & operational data for getting MP & SOM preparation modification. Monitoring implementation of the approved plan,.Establishing of SDF activities as per IBM guideline at corporate, Engaging organisation's for study & implementation of standards for certifications.Getting operating Mines star rating certification and pursuit for continuous upgradation. Mine production in Daitari Iron Ore Mine, MCDR adherence as Mining Engineer, SAP PP end user, Upkeeping MIS for production, transport,sale & stock management decisions.Implementing safety operational guidelines & adopting technology & implements such as online sharing of status & breakdown image from weigh bridge, railway siding & Mine face, on line TP, installation of convex mirrors on blind curves of hill ghat road.
