Regularly review and track progress to ensure timely and effective implementation.• Production Reporting:Prepare and submit daily production reports for wells and facilities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in data presentation for management decision-making.• Safety Meetings and Team Supervision:Lead weekly safety meetings with all production team members under my supervision, fostering a culture of safety, compliance, and proactive risk mitigation across all operations.• Workover and Completion Rig Support:Provide operational support by facilitating relief for work duties and ensuring seamless handover of responsibilities between workover and completion rig supervisors, as well as overseeing project transitions.• Procedure Development and Approval:Work closely with production engineers to draft, review, and finalize operational procedures, ensuring all processes receive approval from the Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental (HSSE) team prior to implementation.
