Telefonica R&D is the leading company in EU sponsored innovation programmes in funds and projects in Spain : 113 FP6 projects [77 Million €], 114 FP7 projects [90 M€] in FP6 and FP7. Centralising the entire project life cycle: proposal assessment, proposal submission, project negotiations, reviews, cost justification, internal controlling, audits, payments, recovery orders. Also, coordination activities in projects where Telefónica was the consortium leader (3Dpresence, 4CAAST, 6CHOICE, Beywatch, COMET, DEMONS, FAST, IDEALIST, MAINS, SERENOA, SmartSantander…).Community Manager and moderator of the forum in Telefónica R&D to internally share the knowledge in European Projects with proposers, technical coordinators and project participants.Designer and Manager of the internal suite of tools in Telefonica R&D for Planning and Design - Executing - Monitoring and Controlling of European Projects.
