My primary role was to ensure smooth execution of experiments based on the “water of crystallization” module. This module focuses on compounds that contain a fixed ratio of water molecules within their crystal structure, which can be determined and analyzed through experimental procedures.I provided students with concise theoretical explanations, guided them through laboratory instructions, and conducted evaluations of their experimental results. This position required strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and leadership abilities to coordinate large groups of students while maintaining safety and accuracy in the laboratory.
