  I have been working on a Proof of Concept to transform a native iOS app into a cross-platform app with Ionic 3. The goal was to evaluate the POC and redesign the UI of the App.

  I worked on multiple mobile applications and lead the UX Process for each. (see media below) I took part in the different stages : UI, UX, mockup, prototype, user workshop, software development (Android SDK, React-Native framework).• IDEA BOX : a React Native mobile App created for the company employees to share their ideas to improve their work place. • The company pitched me their Idea for the App. The UX process I led allowed us to discover what the users were really looking for. • I started with a company wide form to gather as much as we could about the people working in the company and what could be their needs, this is the quantitative part of the UX Research. Then I conducted User Interviews to get more precise information, this is the qualitative part of the UX Research. I realized personas and empathy maps based on the information we collected. • I led a workshop with 10 users to get enough information on the information architecture to know how to structure the App. I led various exercises : ice breaker, idea generation, card sorting, 4-Up wireframing. • I designed a new UI with new interactions thanks to information collected, and compiled it into a prototype build with InVision Studio. • I also lead the front development of the mobile App in React Native alone.• ANDROID VOCAL ASSISTANT : a personal assistant that answers work related question for electrician technicians. • I led the UI and Interaction design based on the information provided by the client. I generated mockups and prototype using MarvelApp. Each week during 7 week, the client would assess the design and give us insights. • I led the front development part of the Android App, using the Native Android Java SDK.
