      Project Completed- Research on the Brand Visibility of Kingfisher Premium (India’s highest selling beer) via the largest Sports Sponsorship in India–Indian Premier League at Premium Retail and Institutional Channels.• The Aim of the Project was to study and enhance the Brand Visibility of Kingfisher Premium and its effects on consumer buying behavior via IPL Sponsorships.• The Project started with an extensive Market Research and Analysis of the existing visibility of the brand and subsequently putting innovative and strategic recommendations to enhance the visibility of the brand. • The Project involved holistic execution of the market research from scratch- starting from preparing a roadmap which included preparation of the research Questionnaire, selecting the ROs and Institutions for the research based on sales volumes, getting on field consumer survey executed, data analysis of the research and finally putting analytical, strategic and innovative recommendations to enhance the visibility of Kingfisher Premium brand.• All the recommendations I had put were highly appreciated and implemented on ground.       Area Head- Petroleum Retail (UP West & Uttarakhand region) I was given a ground zero platform to reopen the Petroleum Retail Business of Reliance Industries in my area post the deregulation of Petroleum Industry by the government. I managed Holistic Business responsibilities of my area handling 360 degree functioning of my area comprising of Sales and Business Development, Operations and New Petroleum Retail Network Development- Executing sales targets of Petroleum Products (MS and HSD) and Lubricants, Managing the P&L of my area, Channel Management- Petroleum Retails Dealers and Lubricant Distributors, New Network Development and Expansion in my area, Auditing of Retail Outlets in my area and networking with all Petroleum related Government authorities. I was responsible for revenue generation of Rs 90Cr+ per month via Petroleum (MS and HSD) and Lubricants Business. I managed 100+ Channel Partners (50+ Petroleum Retail Dealers, 30+ Lubricant Distributors and others). Under Petroleum Retail Network Development i.e. establishing New Petroleum Retail Outlets in my area, I worked from ground zero to the final operational stage of setting up a new Petroleum Retail Outlet as under-• Exhaustive Market Research based on extensive analytical sales volumes forecasts to figure out the strategic location for putting up a new Petroleum Retail Outlets.• Sourcing and Recruiting New Channel Partners with an investment capability of Rs 10 Cr plus for the dealership of Reliance Petroleum Retail Outlet.• Once the above two targets are delivered, I monitored the project execution plans for building the RO till its operational stage in coordination with the specialized project teams.
