  Confirm actual loading or unloading volumes with OSPAS Planner and Aramco Trading Company (ATC). Monitor refinery blending streams and make adjustments when blend header off test to ensure product tank is cleared first time with no give away. Coordinate and Schedule shipping movements with OSPAS and ATC to minimize any demurrage and accommodate plant constraints.
