      Responsible for testing, according to Job description, for specific procedures regarding the following analysis of food packaging materials: overall migration in food stimulants (A, B, C, D); specific migrations of components: heavy metals, bisphenols and phenol derivatives from epoxy-phenolic protection materials, formaldehyde from paper/board and plastic materials, styrene from polystyrene materials.Laboratory analysis: o Heavy metals content in food packaging materials (GF-AAS, F-AAS, MHS-AAS and ICP-MS techniques); o Heavy metals and minerals in food products (GF-AAS, F-AAS, MHS-AAS and ICP-MS techniques); o Permeability to water vapors and gases (O2, N2, CO2) of plastic flexible films; o Physico-mechanical properties and films; o Amino-acids content in food products by ion-chromatography;Research activity: documentation and experimental in national and international projects Afișează mai puține
