  • Network Design and Optimization- As a part of internal COE team, designed preliminary models on network design and optimization. Also, interacted with quite a few clients and took them through demo models in LLamasoft Supply Chain Guru (pertaining to network design, network/inventory optimization, greenfield analysis). In addition, was also responsible for maintaining various models, analyzing what if scenarios and running LLamasoft SCG on quarterly basis to capture change in safety stocks (define safety stocks for new products).• Inventory Optimization and Management- Worked as a business user to optimize inventory using LLamasoft SCG, and thereby finalized Safety Stocks for around 200 products for three different locations. This was for world’s largest pressure sensitive label manufacturing company (Avery Dennison). Also, managing inventory of both RM and FG by classifying the same as UES (Unmatched, Excess, Shortage), devising a plan to reduce the same to improve on inventory turns, rationalization in order to maintain portfolio hygiene so that non-significant SKUs do not feature in planning process, thereby reducing supply chain complexity, tracking different buckets of inventories and identifying inefficiencies, non-business inventory.• Supply Chain Planning- daily supply planning and production planning for whole of SAPSSA region, distribution planning, to maintain inventory levels throughout all the sites, releasing campaign schedules so that the efficiency of the machines can be optimized.• Improving Inventory Freshness to >90%- Tracking different buckets of inventories and identifying non-business inventory. This was for one of the largest furniture retailers.• Process Redesign and improvement- Designed process for ‘Proof of Delivery’ collection for India’s largest trucking company, opened new collection centers and increased the overall monthly collection of PODs to 96%, effectively meaning that we were sure of getting money in 96 cases out of 100 (which used to be 80%).• Enhanced Working Capital- Streamlined payment closure by designing SOP for “PAY DRIVER” cases to minimize fraud cases and ensure quicker cash flows, resulting in enhanced working capital.
