Girl Power 2 Cure is a 501c3 nonprofit on a mission to bring an end to Rett Syndrome.

I ensure brand voice and message consistency across all Rayonier brand communications. As Director of Strategic Communications, I also play a key role in setting the strategy and vision for the Rayonier Communications department. I am Rayonier's "chief storyteller," on a mission to educate the public about our foresters and the forestry industry and lift up the Rayonier brand across all audiences. I manage all of Rayonier's social media channels, serve as the interviewer on company video shoots and write articles. My team and I also manage the company website and all Rayonier campaigns.

      One Rayonier Award Rayonier Feb 2021 Rayonier's Communications team was honored with our company's highest award for our work to keep the company connected and motivated during the pandemic. Our storytelling also helped us engage with the public about the critical role the forestry industry plays in the supply chain for so many critical items.

      New York Times Regional Newspaper Group Captain's Award New York Times Regional Newspaper Group 2007 I headed a team of reporters in writing a series about day care safety. We dug through records and found out a lot of facilities were hiding dangerous problems and mistakes by using various loopholes in the system. The series included data on the information we found, a day in the life of a day care health inspector and interviews with various parties involved in day care safety.
