  My responsibilities include, among others, recruiting highly qualified teachers, testing teachers and students using a benchmark and standardized, internationally recognized tests, and designing syllabi and curricula in 37 faculties all over Lebanon.The responsibility includes as well the restructuring and revamping of the Bureau of Languages, which caters to more than 40 faculties and over 40 000 students. The responsibilities include as well developing and implementing with an English academic committee the new vision and mission of the Bureau, the teachers’ screening process, the curriculum development, and the change management process throughout; in providing guidance to and supervising the work of 5 regional coordinators, 9 faculty coordinators, 27 branch coordinators.providing guidance to and supervising the work of more than 90 instructors.
