  In this role, I was part of the design team that developed one of the most exclusive and Aspen-like countryside projects in the high mountains of Lebanon, primarily in the ski-lovers and known City of Keserouan – Faraya. Continuously focusing on reducing different design layouts on a challenging sloping topography while delivering high-quality and defect-free projects. Engaged with an ultra-productive team, while nurturing my leadership skills to achieve optimum client outcomes. Projects: Arz Faraya: 70+ residential villas, Aspen-like architecture with hotel and tennis courts, 5* accommodation, part of the lead design team. Uptown Bierut: Upscale restaurant in the heart of Naccache Village, led the design and visualization team, coordinated health and safety requirements in BOH layout, and led the permits and construction documents. Fitness+: Upscale fitness space in the heart of Beirut, working on existing and old structures. I managed a number of concurrent design teams, from schematic to tender, across a 17.3-acre site. Also managed departments including quality and safety.   Co-Founded Dynamic Input Design Room – DIDR in 2018, registered offshore company with a profile varying from residential villas to dynamic and edgy interior design. Participated in Clue 2019 Lighting Competition. Heading up a team of fresh designers and engineers. From concept design to major workspaces, F&B and retail brands, through to design development and tendering. Awarded multiple contracts, reaching a total of 5 million US Dollars in two years. Projects: Villa extension to existing and old farmhouse.Creation and management of No.5, modular plug-and-live residential units, in various spots on Lebanese soil. HQ entrance renovation and canopy over 1000+ sqm area. Signature furniture design and execution, sold over 15 items of bespoke furniture.   In this role, I worked with the design manager and project developer to produce high-end yet cost-efficient cinemas, newly introduced landmarks in Saudi Arabia serving the 2030 Vision. Worked on existing and adapted structures to fit the new roles of Cinemas within existing malls, with highly professional groups of structural personnel and MEP teams.
