      After university, I began working as a temporary worker for Tesco Travel Money, but quickly came to the attention of the regional manager and was promoted directly to the manager of a bureau, with a turnover of £1 - £2 million, within three months. I enjoyed the freedom allowed by the role and used it as an opportunity to further enhance my leadership skills and develop a knowledge of good business practise. I also took on many auxiliary projects, which included an examination of trends across the region’s bureaux and their competition; the effects of stock limit restraints; and the benefits of changes to the products we offer; the latter of which contributed to a change in product policy across all UK Tesco and Sainsbury Travel money bureaux.
