      Conducted detailed energy audit of the plant by evaluating all the major energy using systems/areas and provided accurate estimates of energy and cost savings.- Identified areas to minimize energy cost/wastage without affecting production and quality.- Methods of reusing and recycling energy was studied.- Performance assesment of various utility equipments and energy guzzlers of the plant were carried out.- Various energy saving measures were recommended with cost benifit analysis.- Scope for the use of renewable energy was studied in detail with its cost benifit analysis.Areas of study included the Boilers and Steam Distribution System, Compressed Air System, Diesel Generators, Refrigeration System and Cooling Towers of the plant.
