  As the Logistics Committee Lead for the EXMO Exhibition held from July 27 to 29, 2023, I played a crucial role in managing parking and traffic operations, ensuring seamless navigation and organization throughout the event. My responsibilities 1. Map Creation and Direction Placement:I initiated the logistics planning process by creating detailed maps. These maps were essential for ensuring a smooth flow of traffic and efficient movement of attendees.2. Stall Mapping:I led a team responsible for gathering information from the participating stalls and vendors. Based on this data, we devised an optimized map for stall placement to ensure maximum visibility and accessibility for all exhibitors.3. Parking Team Leadership and Preparation:As the head of the parking team, I identified suitable parking locations and thoroughly cleaned and prepared them for use during the event. 4. Traffic Management Planning:I developed a comprehensive traffic management plan collaborated closely with the Sri Lanka Police and SLTB Moratuwa and Rathmalana to coordinate traffic control measures.5. Office Work Management:I led a team responsible for handling office tasks such as answering calls, responding to emails, managing parking bookings, and creating duty lists.6. On-site Exhibition Management:During the exhibition days, I successfully led the team in handling parking and traffic operations within the university premises. On the third day, we efficiently managed the crowd outside the university grounds with the support of university security personnel.7. Headquarters Establishment:I established the team logistics head office in DOL2 hall. This centralized location served as the operational base for managing logistics throughout the event.Overall, my role as the Logistics Committee Lead involved multifaceted responsibilities, effective collaboration with various stakeholders, and strategic planning to ensure the EXMO Exhibition's success.
