This report would go to monthly meetings which the deputy Commissioner would attend and report back to the Commissioner.• Responsibility of monitoring and updating our 1049 Triage Tracker. This involved processing any transactions that were over £50k, whether that being a contract renewal, a single tender action, a new framework etc. as well as answering any queries about any procurements.• Involvement in the Responsible Procurement team which looked at ways in which the MPS could impose more environmentally friendly, social and ethical aspects whether that being internally or in the supply chain. Examples included looking into whether our suppliers showed any signs of discrimination across the workplace, if the London Living Wage was given to their workers and how many apprenticeship or graduate schemes are offered. This was all part of the Mayor’s Implementation Plan.• Creating training documents which were available to everyone across the Met. These documents were used to help anyone who needed to set up a contract. Show less
