  In Jan 2009 it was time to start my own venture which was Logan Photography.Having worked with numerous amounts of real estate agents across Melbourne I was keen to get in the real estate market again.Having worked at ABC for a while, I came to realise that the clients wanted a fast turn around on images and they wanted to be able to book a photo shoot of a property, whether it be a the popular style of twilight photography or day time photography, and have the images back the following day.I decided I needed to be a step above the competition and offer competitive pricing, exceptional service, and spectacular photography. All photos taken are done in HDR style where a number of exposures are taken of the same image and blended to get the very best out of the image. Regular single shot images simply cannot compete with this and it has given my clientele cutting edge photos to set their properties above the others. Having rooms fully exposed with glittering outdoor areas to be seen through windows or open door ways. This cannot be achieved with single shot photography.My services are only offered to a select few offices, giving my clients a boutique service. This ensures that they are able to book appointments when it suits their vendors, instead of having weeks of waiting to get an appointment. The vendors love it, as they have their property listed and sold or leased in sometimes less than a week.I also offer floor plans as an added bonus which I draw up myself onsite. This has become very handy for agents trying to book a floor plan artist and photographer and at the same time keep a time suits the vendor.Given my strong background in portraiture, I also photograph head shots for my offices too. This is an added bonus for them as the staff already know me and feel comfortable having me take their photo. Show less
