  Plans and directs the daily operation of WKUCCC. WKUCCC includes a preschool Head Start, an Early Head Start and a childcare program. Responsible for ensuring that WKUCCC follows the required Federal, state, local and WKU standards and policies. Manages and oversees the program, which is a Head Start grantee, with two delegate agencies, and is an Early Head Start delegate.
