      The Crew Planner responsibility encompasses the crew pairing and crew roster – planning, analysis, preparation, maintenance and the on-time release to the crew members; and the preparation and submission of required reports under the responsibility of the Crew Scheduling Division.• Manages and handles the analysis, generation and modification/maintenance of crew pairings.• Manages and handles the analysis, generation, distribution, modification/maintenance and releasing of crew rosters.• Participates in the development and maintenance of divisional processes, procedures and manuals. • Validates regularly the completeness of the crew line-up with the flights sectors to be operated and the on-time maintenance of crew pairings and crew rosters resulting from crew absences, flight changes and other operational factors.• Complies consistently to the relevant CAAP regulations and policies in managing crew pairings and crew rosters.• Arranges/re-arranges all required logistical support in advance for crew members; e.g. deadhead/positioning crew booking, jump seat reservation, hotel and transportation arrangement, immigration and customs requirement liaising, etc.• Notifies affected crew members about changes in their roster/assignment.• Initiates the production of relevant statistical reports as basis for roster distribution analysis. .• Plans, implements and plots the required crew trainings and checks, leaves and other absences, crew document renewal, and special instructions and/or limitations in the crew rosters.• Prepares and validates crew qualification and documents, crew roster remarks, crew block hour distribution• Prepares and submits reports/documents required by other divisions• Identifies the crew requirement based on the medium and long term flight schedule plans.• Takes over the duty of crew controller as the case maybe.• Performs other duty as may be assigned by the Manager of Crew Scheduling. عرض أقل • Monitors daily flight manning in compliance with daily the daily operations requirements. Ensure CA’s reports on time and adheres to grooming and uniform standards.• Upgrades CA’s accordingly during disruptions ( misconnections, diverted flights, RON flights ,etc.)• Upgrades CA’s on field reserve /home reserve to flight, field reserve or special assignment duty as needed.• Adjust check-in sheet (both In-flight and OCC) in case of changes (e.g. SL, MA, LWOP, EL, etc.)• Relieves CA’s from their connecting /succeeding day’s flights whenever they experience an emergency on board.• Ensures correspondence are released as required ( LOI, DA, Letter of Appreciation, Commendation etc.).• Ensures travel forms and landing cards are complete.
