  Development and implementation of behavioral treatment protocols assessment protocols for clients who are working on skill acquisition, behavior reduction (severe behavior—aggression, self-injury), communication, etc. Protocols regularly span 5-10 single spaced pages. Research literature and develop best strategies for a particular case, draft information in an easy to implement format, and provide training to the individual in the use of those procedures.Supervision of implementation of behavioral treatment protocols by staff, students, as well as clients (e.g. teachers in schools) of behavioral therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities. Providing feedback and support on fidelity of implementation. Collect data on the use of the protocol, provide written and oral feedback to the individual in a scheduled meeting. For each individual (staff, students, etc.) this uses up to 2hrs per week of in person one-on-one meetings.Assist with research and development projects related to clinical services and school consultation. This includes assistance with grant writing, writing research reports, data analysis, as well as generating client relevant research questions to assist in blending research and service to our clients.
