      Research Assistant: ParentCoach (Human Computer Interaction)

      ParentCoach is a participatory research study investigating co-design of a chatbot to support first time parents in South Africa and Portugal. I have been responsible for running research activities in Cape Town, South Africa. This includes conducting participatory workshops and interviews, thematic analysis of this qualitative data and the implementation of our prototype intervention. We are currently running trials with parents in the two countries. We have recently published our work at CUI 2024 and DIS 2024. Show less
