  The short time I spent working at Lidl forced me to learn and adapt extremely quickly. Shortly after I started the job as Deputy Store Manager, coronavirus sent England into a lockdown. My formal training was put on hold and I had no choice but to dive straight into the responsibility and learn as I went.I thoroughly enjoyed the job, it was fast paced and every day was different. My ability to adapt and manage constant changes within the business due to coronavirus gave me increased confidence and gave me valuable experience managing teams in difficult and demanding situations.
