Designed building, negotiated contractor and supplier contracts, created budget, and supervised construction to keep project on time and under budget. Model required the use of well production curves for crude oil and gas gathering asset construction projects built for customers to determine appropriate asset lives and assigning recognition schedules to deferred revenue earned on each project.
