       Founded a co-ed kids’ business group comprising 75 members to teach business skills such as marketing, teamwork, and accounting — the group currently raises rabbits, chickens, and a milk cow to sell meat and milk at the local market Founded four women’s microfinance groups comprising 25 members each, to encourage village women to save money, make small business loans, and learn fiscal responsibility Led construction of a cereal bank for a local grain cooperative. Designed building, negotiated contractor and supplier contracts, created budget, and supervised construction to keep project on time and under budget. Cooperative’s profits finance school supply purchases in the village.  Consulted with a mango transformation cooperative in the rural community of Coulibalybougou, helping members find marketing opportunities for dried mangoes and other goods  Completed 132 hours of Bambara language training and performed all work in Bambara or French while in the Peace Corps Completed sanitation training and implemented latrine-building and hand-washing programs in two villages of 1,500 people Show less

Model required the use of well production curves for crude oil and gas gathering asset construction projects built for customers to determine appropriate asset lives and assigning recognition schedules to deferred revenue earned on each project.
