  Brief Work Description : 1. Project management of elevator and escalator installation projects around Johor. 2. Managing subcontractors, issuing tender and sourcing subcontractors for installation. 3. Liaising with builders (main contractors) during lift shaft construction and to ensure the verticality of the shafts is within tolerance before accepting the hand over. 4. Assuring the installation methods are practiced according to Field Installation Manual. 5. Overseeing and ensuring compliance to EH&S of all Otis personnel and subcontractors at site.6. Planning with the technical team for testing and commissioning process.7. Arranging JKKP inspection and approval with Competent Persons and JKKP officers.8. Monitor monthly subcontractor claims and submission of progress claim to the main contractor and to follow up with timely collections. 9. To ensure to complete the project within the given time frame (Extension Of Time if delays caused by others) and the allocated costs with added savings and additional profit margin with variation orders.10. Close monitoring of projects’ P&L11. Leading a team of Project Engineers, Supervisors and Adjusters.12. Leading, overseeing and managing all Otis lift modernization projects in Johor at the moment.13.
