      Responsible for developing the annual De Beers audit plan for third-line operational risk assurance, conducting audits across various De Beers sites, and reporting audit outcomes to organizational committees. I conducted Operational Risk Assurance audits for various operations within the Anglo American Group. These included operations in Platinum, Steelmaking Coal and De Beers. The audits focused on catastrophic risks, principal risks and material risks. Examples include: shaft integrity, underground fall of ground, fire risk management and control of energies. I coordinated the development of solutions to optimize, upgrade and expand the processing plant at the De Beers Venetia Mine. Managed process development projects for Anglo American Iron Ore Brazil's Minas-Rio Operation. Designed and maintained the Anglo American CEO Business Scorecard project implementation process. Managed and delivered a techno-economic concept study on processing of low grade iron ore for Kumba Iron Ore.
