      Mike's Place is an American-style live music and sports venue that serves as a 'home away from home' for the many expatriates, tourists, and students now in Israel. Mike's Place was a Jerusalem landmark for 18 years, but closed when their historic location was torn down to make room for a department store. I joined the Mike's Place team in financing the re-opening of Mike's Place Jerusalem in a much grander scale. In structuring our arrangement, the Jerusalem branch has become the first franchise in the growing Mike's Place chain. Show less
