      • Assisted with production engineering issues from day to day troubleshooting and safety meetings to monthly data collecting and reporting.• Reviewed design calculations and specifications (ABSA/ASME) with the senior mechanical engineer for new vessel lids installed on the site’s high pressure separators.• Shadowed millwrights and maintenance workers during major plant shutdowns and helped identify sections of assembly drawings and tolerances for the site’s Burckhardt and Nuovo Pignone hyper-compressors.• Edited and reviewed critical operating manuals for two of three production processes on site and walked through the manuals steps with power engineers.• Troubleshoot frame oil issues of one of the site's hyper-compressors by taking field measurements, analyzing data, and generating the results in graphs.• Observed 3-5 reactor start-ups from the operations control room and monitored critical valves alongside senior operators.
