  Measurement of various structural and architectural elements for awarded and on-going projects, of which most notable projects include:• One Za’abeel – Dubai, U.A.E.This two-towered building breaks the world record for the longest cantilevered building in the world. Structural concrete and steel works, and masonry and partition were measured on this project.• KSA Pavilion, Expo 2020 – Dubai, U.A.E.The second largest pavilion at Expo 2020 Dubai, with innovative and sustainable LEED Platinum Certified design. Structural works were measured for this project.• SeaWorld Abu Dhabi – Abu Dhabi, U.A.E.An upcoming theme park with marine life and animal research center in Yas Island, housing more than 68,000 marine animals. Structural works for different attractions were measured in this project.• Qiddiya – Riyadh, K.S.A.This will be Saudi’s first water theme park, and will be the biggest water theme park in the Middle East.   The RIG – Al Juraid Island, K.S.A.This oil rig-inspired mega entertainment project will be built off the country's eastern coast, about 40km from the shore, and is meant to “celebrate the legacy and heritage of Saudi Arabia's long oil and gas history”. The Rig will consist of three hotels, with a total room count of 800, alongside 11 restaurants, a marina, and helipads as well as an extreme sports and adventure park. It will also feature a variety of water activities, a diving centre, an esports centre, as well as a theatre and a multipurpose arena.Measurement of structural steels, finishes, and multiple value engineering proposals for the project.
