Team collaborated with testing teams for 12Mil Orders performance testing, Purged 20Mil processed Workflow activities to improve orders processing and finally successfully managed 24/7 main event support without a single interruption for 14Mil+ orders. Team also automated Thompson File Process (Bank account status Sync); this eliminated dependency on DBA's and significantly reduced process time.
