Show less In my function as a Union Representative I have had:Functioning as representative in a leadership role for 250+ employees towards management.Through communication I have created a cooperation between employees and management.Planning and executed arrangements and meeting suchs as: Pension meeting for the employees with the representative from our pension company, large information meeting and marketplace with education as focus, invited speakers HR management, educational institutions, the Union Arla is cooperating with, opinion polls, general assembly, arrangement with different speakers on subjects as stress, coaching and thriving in your work place.Creating a club from scratch including articles of association, banking etc. Functioning as assessor in difficult conversations such as warnings, sick leave, collaborational issues and layoffs.1-2-1 meetings with employees as well as handling small and larger issues for employees.General counselling and guidance.Member of the Negotiation Committee for major organization changes.General negotiations in case of disagreements or breaches of the agreement.Representative at the union agreement negotiations of OK17 for Mejeribrugets Funktiornæroverenskomst in cooperation with HK, Arla and Danks Industri.Have an ongoing collaboration with other trade union representatives.Helped to ensure that rights, agreements and legislation were respected.Chairman in Arlas HK Club.Planning and execution of club arrangement.
