  Business strategy, bi and innovation

  In my executive position within the BI and innovation department, I performed multiple tasks in really all possible areas of the projects that took place within the company, such as marketing and communications, UI/UX, software design and sales; all from an strategic point of view: Based on data, my department, formed by three peopl, was in charge of the strategic design and development of new projects and solutions. Furthermore, I was personally in charge, for example, of a patent process, the monitoring of competitors and the design of the conceptual UI of a mobile app linked with the main project we were developing.Due to changes in the organisational structure of the company, I decided to leave and focus on my marketing career; but the months spent there were an amazing opportunity to learn a great deal from my manager and team, and from how a company works at all levels and in all disciplines.
