  Provide remote programming services for all supported alarm panels in the field. Write alarm panel programs for new installations to be downloaded. Review all new work orders for accuracy and proper configuration. Support the branch sales departments and technicians in designing systems and answering technical questions. Process service tickets requiring downloading such as security code changes, test timers, zoning, etc. Final test all new installations and make them active in the system. Manage the AlarmNet and AES radio systems in the field. Take calls from techs to put systems in/out of test. Provide Managed Access Control (MAC) services. Provide Remote Vision services. Provide Remote CCTV Inspection services. Provide CAD drawings for sales presentations and post-operative projects. Design and print ID badges for customers. Order, program, test, and ship Videofied parts for all branches. Assist in maintaining minimal inventory levels. All other duties assigned by the Director of Technical Support.
