      Responsible and accountable for successful management of all personnel, cost and on time delivery. The team consistently exceeded expectations regularly delivering a freshly overhauled aircraft back to the operation within 21 days. Overhaul - Production Control Foreman: This was a new position and an entirely new depth of maintenance for the DFW Base Maintenance facility. I was tasked with developing and employing the production control aspects of the program. An understanding of 6-sigma concepts and insightful collaboration resulted in an efficient and flexible work-flow. Responsible for facilitating interdepartmental coordination and task scheduling. Also, for maintaining compliant records for all work performed during aircraft maintenance visits. Supervised teams on a wide variety of scheduled maintenance and non-routine maintenance functions such as engine changes, major repairs and modifications. Performed inspections, maintenance, and repairs to all Delta aircraft, as well as, contract customer aircraft.

      Employee of the Quarter Delta Air Lines Apr 2012 o This award was for managing an extensive overhaul and modification visit on a low time B757 (initially purchased for its engines). This event was unique, as it was: very ad-hoc, involved coordinating internal and external engineering groups, the needs of the FAA/DER, maintenance teams from throughout the organization, all while facilitating a FAA safety inspector training event.
