  • Requirement of the Projects HSE policies are being effectively applied.• Obligations under HSE legislation & regulations applicable to project being complied it.• Monitor the Company’s safe working procedures & practices are being effectively implemented.• Provide HSE training to site personnel.• Conduct training sessions & discuss on safety performance, legislation & other safety matters.• Ensure that all site personnel have access to site HSE booklet.• Assist all field supervisors & subcontractors to implements safe work systems at all times.• Carry out daily HSE inspections & temporary facilities & advise management of findings.• Immediately stop any unsafe work practices which cause accidents or injury to health & advise field supervisors & management.• Compile & maintain construction site accidents records & statistics for review by HSE management.• Attend safety meetings & promote safety during regular progress meeting as required.• Actively promote safety & environmental awareness among all site personnel on day to day basis & in planned campaigns.• Assist management & subcontractors in incident & accident investigation & analysis.• Monitor implementation of project environmental requirements.• Forward any comments on environmental matter received from relevant interested parties..
