Participation in system master planning and facility/infrastructure design. Implement and administer to purchasing and service contracts. Initiated and participated in the design and implementation of state-of-the-art automated control system (SCADA) for water production facilities. Responsible person for maintaining dedicated radio frequency (900 MHz) with FCC. Town of Gilbert, AZ was a system that was recognized as the fastest growing; both infrastructure and production facilities in Arizona from 1993 thru 2005. I was the responsible person in the conceptualization, design, construction, start-up and operation of two drinking water production facilities; a 45 million gallon per day (m.g.d.) surface water treatment plant treating water from the Salt River Project and a 24 m.g.d. surface water treatment plant treating water from the Central Arizona Project (Colorado River) that was jointly owned and operated by the Town of Gilbert and the City of Chandler, Arizona. _ Show less
