  - Liaise with the mining service (Dahana and Mnk-Bme) and mine owner (Adaro) to maintain and improve the quality of blast at each site based on customer needed,- Optimizing the electronic blasting process in areas close to residential areas to keep the PPV value not exceeding the 2 mm/s threshold (2D Bench JK Simblast & Micromate Blastware),- Implementation project angle hole (side of the coal floor) to maximize the loading process after coal getting,- Implementation a long period project to reduce blasting cost by keeping the PPV threshold value below standard (<2 mm/s) in the low wall area of the Pit Paringin,- Review and analysis of drilling performance and operational cost and ensure unit maintenance according to schedule.- Ensuring drill blast accuracy in all drilling and blasting activities according to plan (> 70% Drill to RL, Schedule, & Boundary) Show less My responsibilities of this role include :- Manage the distribution of explosives (DNX indonesia) to achivement DTH target,- Coordination with the operations team to ensure that the drill plan and blast design have been implemented in order to achieve KPI values,- Develop a suitable blasting schedule between pit AB and pit M to minimize potential lost time without compromising the achievement of OB production targets,- Coordination with clients and make plans for the use of explosives daily, monthly and yearly. as well as ensuring usage according to the forecast.- Analysis and evaluation related to the correlation between Fragmentation, Use of Explosives (Powder Factor), Blasting design (Shotplus 5.0), Drill plan, and Pattern conditions.Report to Superintendent Engineering.
