  With Parts, Inc I was responsible for the general I.T. requirements of a small business. Ensuring our POS computers were up and ready to make transactions was the top priority with a healthy dose of network maintenance, patches, and security updates thrown in for good measure.

  At the City of Manhattan I filled a variety of roles including work as the primary administrator for a mission critical application, part of our Domain Administrators group, help desk technician, and purchasing department. Because of this wide range of duties I’ve had experience with Windows 7/8.1/10 and Server 2008R2/2012R2, worked with various imaging solutions, patch management softwares, remote support utilities, and have developed documentation and training materials.
