  • Leading development team. Led a 10-person team generating $10 million annually through sales of middleware. • Developing new leathers from various suppliers (in Russian, Thailand, India, Pakistan & Bangladesh) with correct information to develop the new leathers and once we get order in any of the leather, then sending approved reference swatch to follow for production and maintaining leather suppliers records. Sample leathers follow up from all suppliers to get in house at right time to make/present the samples in correct leathers during customers visit. Developing non-leather materials and follow up with suppliers from India, China & Pakistan.• Pattern making and finalizing proto sample. Co-coordinating with customers in all aspect to make the proto samples in perfect way. Developing new materials and follow up from suppliers to get the materials in right time. Assisting the sample shell for making uppers & full shoes and technical information preparation with other records to hand over the proto kit to engineering department and maintaining proto sample records. Salesman samples follow up from cut to pack and also responsible to reach the shipment on time to the customer.• Finally for customer Coogan London – Merchandising, Quality controller setting process chart preparation for each style/colour to make the production in easy manner. Quality auditing in each conveyor and hourly sole bond testing and Fit testing. Coordinating with buyer technicians, supervisors & workers and maintaining all above records. This is our directors own brand shoes and I am the responsible from starting stage (proto sample, confirmation sample, finalizing patterns for production and leather & non-leather materials ordering for samples as well as production) to till production shipment reaches to our UK warehouse.
