  -Responsible for the closeout and final turnover SM department store main distribution center.-Ensures that the critical equipment of the warehouse facility are adequately maintained thru implementation of 52 week PMS calendar for a safe and secure environment for the employees.-Provides support to LGU and BFP compliance of the property thru submission of necessary PMS report of the critical equipment within the estate .-Evaluates all facilities related contracts, leases and bids and submits recommendations for approval.-Participating and leading major projects related to improving, automating, and innovating process and services of the organization related to Property and Facilities Management. -Prepares the BOQ and TOR which is necessary in the bidding process of the projects being implemented at the Asinan Estate.-Serves as the Pollution Control Officer of the estate and ensures that the property is within the standards set by DENR thru submission of CMR and SMR.-Participating in the one ECC merging project of the Asinan Estate by providing support and necessary documentations and compliance set by DENR.-Responsible for the preparation of OPEX and CAPEX Budget-Responsible in the reimbursable charging of electricity and water utilities to tenants.
