It provided me with an enhanced understanding of analytical methods aimed at aligning the processes of an organization with its strategic requirements.Supply Chain Systems:This course helped me to look at the supply chain from a system-wide perspective, beginning with the sourcing of raw materials through the delivery of value to the end customer. The course also introduced me to SAP software and various inventory management/replenishment concepts.Global Strategic Innovation:In this course, I was exposed to various concepts in product and process innovation and how to align then with the overall corporate strategy. It also armed me with various idea generation techniques and knowledge regarding implementation techniques to ensure that maximum value could be derived from innovations.Management Consulting:This course built on my ability to effectively break down and analyze problems using hypothesis formulation and increased my comfort level when making strategic decisions in the face of uncertainty.
