      The MR4 reform project had established a new system and process for the maintenance of equipment and infrastructure of the Sydney Trains Network consolidating 270 depots into 12 CoEs (Centre of Excellence).• Re-engineered the Asset Maintenance Planning / Production Planning system utilising Lean principles and implemented the new system across CoEs (Centre of Excellence) that has improved the efficiency by over 15% with an official realised benefit of $10M. Provided analysis on benefits realisation.• Managed the end-to-end life cycle of each project from the elicitation of requirements and defining the target models through to full deployment including defining change communication plan, impact assessment, risk mitigation, issue resolution, transition, data migration and ETL (Extract-Transform-Load) process.• Utilising Design Thinking and Artificial Intelligence Planning techniques defined algorithms and developed a suite of applications in Excel VBA that error proofed and automated the iterative and time-consuming process of Asset Maintenance Planning, data transformation (ETL) and risk mitigation.
