  In the capacity of Finance Subhead during PECFEST 2023, a significant contribution was made towards financial management, characterized by precise accounting and diligent tax computation. Proficiency in performa generation and adherence to GST regulations enhanced operational efficiency within the committee. This role was instrumental in cultivating a cooperative atmosphere and advancing financial expertise, thereby facilitating the event's triumph. Engagement in the cultural and organizational committee of PEC entailed pivotal contributions to report compilation and event management, including Republic Day and college conferences. A notable role was played in the G-22 Foreign Delegate Summit, orchestrated by the Government of India, which underscored the ability to facilitate high-profile international dialogues and foster global partnerships. As the Class Representative for Electronics and Communication Engineering, a leadership role was embraced, facilitating academic collaboration and serving as a liaison between students and faculty. This position demanded effective communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, contributing significantly to the academic community's development and success. Serving as a Cultural Subhead for PECFEST 2023, responsibilities encompassed ground-level organization, thematic integration, and guiding peers within the committee. This role facilitated a comprehensive understanding of event execution, contributing to a collective learning experience and the successful orchestration of the festival's cultural dimensions. As a Branch Incharge during the orientation week for juniors , I excel in team coordination , leadership and mentorship ensuring a smooth transition for incoming students by providing valuable guidance and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
